Team Achieve 8 Week Transformation

Our next Transformation kicks off on Monday 3rd October 2017 for 8 weeks of nutrition and fitness with our Team Achieve Personal Trainers and Coaches in Coventry.

We know that our 4 week Achieve Bootcamp is awesome and gets great results.

We also know that the members who join us for only 4 weeks tend to keep those results for a while.

Our members that are with us for at least 8 weeks tend to have longer lasting results and a better relationship with their fitness and nutrition strategies for life.

That's the reason why we also run an 8 week transformation plan for people who want to commit to achieving more right from the start.

We want our members to succeed at fitness and weight loss for life.  Not just short term.

Feel happy about themselves and have the skills to cope with food and fitness challenges without sliding back to where they were or worse.

If you're tired of being on the perpetual diet cycle or are simply tired; this 8 week transformation is for you.

Don't waste more time trying to go it alone or following another magazine/DVD workout series that leaves you feeling broken, get expert help and really succeed.

Your Transformation Starts In

Here's what you get:

  • Unlimited Sessions across our 4 venues with your Personal Trainer and Coach

    We expect you to attend at least 3 sessions per week.
    You won’t get bored, each session is different and great fun.

  • The Real Food Plan

    The same nutrition plan we use with our 1-1 coaching clients to guarantee amazing weight loss results.  Health is the focus of this plan and our members not only look great but feel great too.

  • Food Diaries for the whole 8 Weeks

    We will check your food diary daily and give you feedback (our members tell us this is one of the most useful tools we give them).  Knowing you have slipped off track within 24 hours makes it much easier to get back on track.

  • Meal Planners and Other Tools

    We provide you with everything you need to win your battle against food and lifestyle.  We will provide you with meal plans for the full 8 weeks and teach you how to plan your own to ensure you finish your journey with us in the position to keep winning.

  • Recipes

    If it’s on your meal plan, you will have a recipe for it. We have 3 cookbooks with recipes to suit every tastebud. Food should taste great and there is absolutely no reason why you should be tortured by bland, beige food when you are following a diet.

  • Exclusive Members Only Website

    You will be given access to our exclusive members only site with daily tips and education on all aspects of health. Each day you will gain more access and be given another lesson on health and wellbeing, our aim is that our members become experts in their own health and will know when they are being lied to.

  • Home Training Programme

    You will have access to our follow along mobility, yoga, Pilates and workout videos and given a home exercise programme to boost your results.

  • Measurements

    One of the major problems of the diet and weight loss industry is how inaccurate the methods are for tracking your success.
    We have medical grade scales, not just a cheap set off the market like your slimming club.  If you can shift your toes and lose a couple of pounds you are only kidding yourself.
    We also take circumference measurements every 4 weeks to ensure we can see exactly where your body shape is changing and tweak your nutrition plan to suit.

  • Access to our Team Achieve Facebook Accountability Group

    We believe we are the best coaches in the area.  Our members agree with us.

    However, the support our members give each other in this group is as important as the support we give them.  Being held accountable by your friends and peers and offered support during those inevitable times when you struggle to get motivated to leave the house or make good food choices is priceless.

    We are more than a bootcamp, we are Team Achieve.

Getting Started is Easy

Being part of Team Achieve is much more than attending one of our bootcamps or being one of our coaching clients; it is a mindset to keep pushing towards your goals, no matter what life throws at you.

We will do everything in our power to ensure that you achieve the goals you have now and those you don't think are possible in the future.

If you are ready to:

  • Learn exactly what foods work for you.
  • Look great and feel amazing.
  • Have a digestive system that works, no more bloating, cramps or rushes for the loo.
  • Understand the emotion of eating.
  • Enjoy exercise with a great group of like-minded people.
  • Have clear and vibrant skin.
  • Have to buy new smaller clothes – that is the point of this programme.  We want you to give us your old baggy jeans at the end of March and we will pass them on to a local charity.  That way the option to slip straight back into your old bigger clothes is removed.

Not everybody will suit our Achieve Bootcamp programme, we have an established core of members who are committed to achieving their goals and being the best version of themselves that they can be.
