Achieve Bootcamp is not for everyone, we expect certain qualities in our members to ensure the whole group keep achieving fantastic results. To get the most from Achieve Bootcamp, we are looking for the following qualities from YOU.
Be committed to achieving fantastic results by following our advice 100%, this includes:
- Follow our nutrition programme “The Real Food Plan” 100%; that is, removing wheat, gluten, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, dairy and all processed foods.
- Attend at least 12 sessions during your first 28 days with us.
- Complete a home exercise session on at least 3 non-bootcamp days (this takes less than 20 minutes).
- Perform a daily mobility and stretch workout – there are videos and worksheets for this in the members only area.
- Send in your completed W.A.R.R.I.O.R. Journal; including food and activity diary daily.
- Send in your weekly measurements and goal update by 12pm on Monday.
- Have a ‘WARRIOR’ attitude at every session, some will be tough; dig in and work hard.
- Be prepared to enjoy the experience, make some great friends and achieve goals that you had only dreamed about.
These prerequisites are all or nothing. They are to make sure you are ready to make a change to your life, to ensure your success and to prevent you wasting your money or feeling disappointed by not achieving your goals.
