Our sessions are focused and you will be done in 45 minutes; they are designed to keep you burning calories for hours afterwards. We don't queue for machines or spend hours going through the motions on mind numbing cardio machines.

We only use exercises that have been proven to get results fast; you have 600 muscles and we want you to use all of them, keeping your metabolism fired up. Our workouts change every session to keep your body guessing and constantly needing to adapt.

This is not a camp where you will be shouted at or left behind. This camp will help you get in the best shape of your life by encouraging you to work hard and get the most out of your body. We do not scream insults, shout abuse or leave you to drop. We focus on YOU getting the most effective workout possible during each session.

Being outside in nice surroundings helps you to get the most out of your workouts, no chemically enhanced, inefficient air conditioning systems. Breathing fresh air, hearing the sounds of nature and having great views around the park are all inspirational; helping you to push your body to achieve your goals quicker.
