We might not be working 1-1 but that doesn't mean we'll forget all of the proven methods for fat loss or fitness that we use with our personal training clients.

- No isolation exercises are used -
No crunches, bicep curls or tricep extensions, they waste time and the muscles are to small to effect your metabolism. These muscles will get
all the work they need during our sessions.

Hi, I'm Darren.

I have been a full time personal trainer and health coach for over 12 years, I love my job and the people I work with.

My introduction to fitness training started over 20 years ago with martial arts classes and my passion for exercise is still to improve my abilities as a martial artist. I am a senior instructor for Shaolin Freestyle Chinese Boxing.

Since that time, I have strived to push myself and regularly set myself challenges to complete; from running a marathon / half marathon to completing the gruelling ToughGuy race.

I need a goal to aim at to keep pushing myself and I encourage our bootcampers to set themselves goals that will challenge them and inspire them to achieve. With many achieving far more than they thought was possible during their time with us.

As a health and lifestyle coach, I specialise in injury rehabilitation, sports conditioning and rapid fat loss.

Hi, I'm Sam.

Firstly, a little bit about myself and what I'm all about. I'm very passionate about the job that I do and also the people I train. Fitness and health are a very big part of me and my lifesytle.

I'm fitness mad and enjoy challenging my body in different ways to see what it can and can't do. I believe that with hard work, the right diet, exercise, good mind set and self belief you can achieve everything you want.

I'm currently boxing at amateur level and in 2008 I won the ABAE amateur national womens boxing championships. Words can't explain the way I felt that day but everything I did leading up to it made me become a champion.

Why go through life dreaming about the things you want to do, when you can go out and get them? I will be here with you every step of the way, let me help you achieve the body you dream of and achieve your goals.
