Well today I have two children unwell so it’s not getting any easier for me, Pancake Day came and went in this house without a thought, I told the boys that they can have pancakes any day and as they weren’t 100% they were ok with that.
I probably feel the same about valentine’s day, I will have my romantic meal when I’m on my holiday and I feel better about myself because all my hard work will have paid off.
Well after a restless night I still didn’t manage to do my work out this morning, I had to look after my boys.
I started my day with a nice big bowl of porridge made with rice milk; the rest of the morning was nursing duties
Off to work I go, and I have made a juice to bring with me for lunch.
On my return I had to wait for my husband to come home so I could get my work out done.
It was a hard one tonight, it was cards. The different suits represent different exercises and the number of the card is the amount of the exercises you do, jokers were five of each exercise, I have done this workout in the group work out and it normally quite competitive with a bit of a race with other teams, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to motivate myself through. I popped some music on and set my timer and just cracked on.
I will never complain about Darren’s shuffling again because mine was rubbish I did all the hearts and two jokers, I had six cards remaining so I was pleased with that.
It was hard work but I felt a sense of achievement I have had a couple of difficult days but I felt so much better once I had completed the work out.
My tea tonight was salmon and roasted veg which was yummy,
It’s been a long day I’m just having a cup of warm rice milk and then to hit the hay.
