Well I’m a little behind today as I should of been doing my work out on Monday but I have got the lurgy in my house and my eldest boy is unwell.

This is a great advantage to home bootcamp as my work out is ready and waiting for me online and it will fit in to my schedule not the other way around.

I can’t stress the importance of being prepared because as any parent knows when your children are unwell everything goes out of the window. I had my meals prepared so my diet didn’t need to suffer.

I have managed to stay clean by having my juice for breakfast, my ready prepared cottage pie with veg for lunch and some oatmeal crackers, houmous and a pot of natural yogurt for tea.

I have managed to do my sun salutations tonight; these are good and so easy done in your front lounge with little disruption to everything.

I’m off to find a pack of cards for tomorrows work out.
