Jane
lost 45.5" and 22lbs.
I had been a member of a gym and also had
personal training for a few years, however had hit a 'brick wall'
in terms of both losing weight and improving my fitness. If anything,
I had gained weight which made me feel negative about myself and
also had an impact on my confidence and self esteem. I saw a link
on 1 of my friend's Facebook pages for Achieve Bootcamp so took
a look as I was intrigued about what they did..... I didnt spend
much time deliberating about should I join as I knew I had to do
something and started at Bootcamp in June 2009.
I have tried to stick to the diet as much as I can, which has been
a really useful lesson as I have discovered that I am sensitive
to both Wheat and Gluten. Now I am aware of this, I can avoid these
foods or eat less of them, which in istelf has made me feel alot
better.
Since June, I have lost 45 1/2 inches from various places and 22
pounds in weight, however I have got my confidence, self esteem
and motivation back. Bootcamp isnt easy, as it is challening and
requires commitment and determination however it is really good
fun, you definately get results and I have made some really good
friends. For the first time I can say that I enjoy exercise, even
look forward to it and don't see it as a chore anymore.

Maggie has lost 34lbs and 38"
I can't believe I am already in my 4th month
of boot camp, how the time has flown. The difference to my health
and much more positive state of mind is nothing short of outstanding.
Despite the Christmas break and 2 weeks holiday in December prior
to Christmas I am now 34 lbs lighter and have lost 38" in total
from all measurements taken. I am now looking forward to being fitter
and stronger in 2010 than I have probably ever been and thanks to
eating clean (most of the time!) feel more in control of not just
of my food and diet but many more areas of my life too.
I want to say a huge thank you to you, Sam and Laura for all your
help and support and of course also to Biddi for giving me the hefty
push in the right direction to join boot camp that I needed.
