We have weight loss and fitness camps across Coventry and Warwickshire at times to fit in with even the most busy schedule.
You can attend as many sessions as you wish across all of our venues. All we ask is that you choose one venue as your home camp and attend a minimum of 12 sessions during the four weeks.
We are not a bootcamp in the traditional sense of the term.
We are from a personal training background rather than military.
We don’t shout and scream at our member and we keep the groups small so we can keep a close eye on everybody, reducing the risk of injury.
